Damien S. Kawalek-Navarro: Founder & Advisor
Damien S. Kawalek-Navarro is the founder of The Sports Office, where he serves as an advisor focused on long-term strategy, partnerships, destination development, and the continued growth of the organization’s international platform.
A longtime executive, entrepreneur, producer, and strategist, Damien has spent more than two decades working across sports, entertainment, media, tourism, technology, and social impact. His career has included building and leading organizations, developing major brand and institutional partnerships, producing global experiences, and advising companies and destinations on growth, audience development, and new business models.
He founded The Sports Office around a simple idea: athletes and teams should have better access to the places, people, infrastructure, and experiences that allow them to perform at their best. Beginning with Big Bear Lake and expanding into Latin America and other international markets, TSO brings together high-altitude training, sports performance, tourism, hospitality, and destination partnerships within one connected platform.
As Founder & Advisor, Damien works alongside TSO's leadership and partners to help shape the larger vision, open doors, develop strategic relationships, and identify where the organization can create its greatest long-term impact.
ALEC GRAHAM: Director of Expansion & Strategic Partnerships, Latin America
Alec Graham leads Latin American expansion and strategic partnerships for The Sports Office, developing relationships and opportunities that connect TSO with athletes, sports organizations, institutions, destinations, and business partners across the region.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning law, education, public affairs, corporate services, and strategic management, Alec brings a unique perspective to building partnerships across diverse markets and cultures. His experience includes work with public institutions, educational organizations, corporate stakeholders, and communications initiatives, giving him a strong foundation in relationship development, negotiation, coordination, and project execution.
At The Sports Office, Alec is focused on expanding the company’s presence throughout Latin America, identifying new markets and strategic alliances, and connecting regional opportunities with TSO’s growing international platform in sports performance, training, tourism, and athlete development.
Passionate about bringing people and organizations together, Alec approaches expansion as more than entering new markets. His work is centered on building lasting relationships that create sustainable opportunities for athletes, partners, and communities throughout Latin America.
