California is home to The Sports Office's global headquarters and our flagship High Alpine Training Club in Big Bear Lake, located at 6,752 feet in the San Bernardino Mountains. But our reach extends far beyond a single facility or destination.

TSO has developed partnerships and relationships with elite training facilities, sports organizations, destinations, and performance resources throughout the San Bernardino Mountains, Southern California, Northern California, and select markets across the United States.

This growing network allows us to build highly customized training camps and experiences around the needs of each athlete and team rather than the limitations of a single facility. Depending on the sport, season, training objective, and desired environment, TSO can integrate altitude, sea-level training, strength and conditioning, recovery, outdoor recreation, specialized venues, accommodations, and destination experiences.

Big Bear remains our flagship altitude destination and the High Alpine Training Club our home performance facility. The larger TSO network gives athletes and teams something much broader: one partner with access to exceptional training environments across California and beyond.
